Warranty policy

Different products have different periods of warranty duration, depending on the type of product.
On the other hand, some products may not have any warranty at all.
It is important for consumers to check the warranty information provided on product description before making a purchase. This helps in understanding the coverage and duration of the warranty, as well as any terms and conditions that may apply.

Covered in warranty: Manufacturing defects only
The limited warranty does not cover:
i. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
ii. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Solta Deal
iii. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
iv. Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
v. Ordinary wear and tear.
vi. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Solta deal.
vii. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by Solta Deal.
viii. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
ix. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the product.
x. Products not purchased from Solta deal (we recommend you contact the point of sale for support).
xi. Repairs conducted by unofficial repair centers.

Claim/Warranty Process:
We offer pick-up and drop services even from the remote locations however, if the location is found to be non-serviceable by our courier partners, customers are requested to ship the product to any of our service station New Delhi. Repair services will undergo the usual process and the product will be shipped back to the customer once the product is repaired.

Reverse Shipping charges are applicable to customer depends on Product and product Size, after product is serviced we will send product to Customer at Our Shipping Cost during Warranty Period.
